HDFC Bank — Team Leader - Retail Banking, with responsibility for business acquisition, customer service, and branch-level retail sales operations.
IndusInd Bank — Customer Service Manager - Retail Banking, with continued focus on business acquisition, fee based product sales , service delivery, and customer relationship management.
Across both organisations, he developed deep functional expertise in retail liability and asset acquisition, customer service standards, branch operations, third party product distribution and frontline team management — a foundation that has directly informed his current work in building and professionalising the Radhakrishna Group's financial services operations.

Sajil joined the Radhakrishna Group in 2019 and has since played a central role in the institutionalisation and modernisation of the Group's chit fund and NBFC businesses. His key areas of contribution include:
HR Digitalisation — Led the digitalisation of HR processes and systems across the Group, strengthening workforce management, compliance, and organisational governance.
ERP Implementation — Spearheaded the implementation of ERP systems to bring greater accuracy, transparency, and efficiency to financial and operational reporting across branches.
Digital Transformation of Chit Fund Operations — Led the transformation of RK Chits' traditional chit fund operations into an e-banking and digitally enabled model, modernising subscriber servicing, collections, and auction processes.
Out-of-State Business Expansion — Drove the Group's geographic expansion beyond Kerala into Tamil Nadu and Delhi, establishing new branch networks and operating frameworks in these markets.
In recognition of this track record, Sajil has progressively taken on enhanced leadership responsibility within the Group, moving from his role as General Manager at RK Chits to assuming Chief Executive Officer-level responsibilities at Radhakrishna Finance Private Limited (RFPL), the Group's NBFC arm, where he now oversees governance, financial health, operations, and regulatory compliance.
